Customer Referral Program

Introduce a friend or family member to Spa 2 go as a new customer to receive a FREE gift.

When you refer a new friend or family member to Spa 2 go and they purchase a product from the Spa 2 go range, we will reward you with a free gift as a token of our appreciation.

There are no limits to the number of gifts you can receive, yet you can only receive 1 gift for 1 referral coupon.

How to receive your gift?

• Visit us at any one of our locations to receive a unique referral voucher from one of our sales reps. 
• Register your details and promotion code online at our referral page or by mailing us your half of your referral voucher. Entry is free, no purchase necessary. 
• Don’t keep us a secret – refer us. Give your friend or family member their half of the referral voucher and ask them to return it to any one of our locations.
• With any purchase referred by you at any of our stores, with a valid referral voucher, you will receive in the mail a free gift.

Terms & condition

To be eligible for a free gift, the customer you referred must purchase a product from our range of products and return their part of the voucher to a spa 2 go store.

Referral gifts may vary. There is no guarantee to a specific product or service provided by spa 2 go.

Spa 2 go reserves the right to revise or cancel the Referral Program without notice but will honour all successful placements up to the date of announcement.

Customers are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that spa 2 go may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available at on this site and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, gift, or a customer’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by spa 2 go at its sole discretion. In the unlikely event of any disputes, please contact Spa 2 go via our contact us page.

Participation in the program constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Spa 2 go Agents, Franchisees and/or Affiliates are not eligible for the promotion.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited, Customer agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Program shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. (b) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (i.e.,only costs associated with participating in the Program), but shall not include legal fees under any circumstances; and (c) Referrers hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.

Buffer Warranty conditions:

Your Buffer is under warranty for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Only the buffer, and only its performance, is guranteed, not its loss or damage.

Proof of purchase will be required in order to receive a replacement.
