We at spa2go pride ourselves on our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. We offer a unique and flexible return policy with no restocking fee within 14 days of purchase. We have full confidence in our products and ultimately want you to have the most pleasant experience possible.                 

Spa2go will replace or credit any items damaged, faulty or received incorrectly, against proof of purchase. We will also cover all postage charges for the return shipment in such cases.

Spa2go will replace or credit all other full priced (RRP) purchases through our Customer Service department, strictly within 14 days of purchase, against proof of purchase.

If for some reason a return is authorised outside 14 days, or for a product which has been opened/used, such a return will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Please choose carefully, as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind on Sale / Discounted items.

Please note that due to health regulations, we can only accept back products which are returned unused and in their original condition & packaging. Any freight charges incurred is the customer’s responsibility – no refund will be given for postage or insurance costs. Spa2go takes no responsibility for products lost whilst in transit.

 

How to return your item:

  • Please retain your original receipt/s. No returns will be authorised without proof of purchase.
  • Complete the RA (Return Authority) request form which can be accessed through our website, under Customer Service / Return Policy http://www.spa2go.com.au/rma_form.php
  • The RA form must be completed within 14 days of purchase.

Our Customer Service department will contact you with your RA number. You will then be able to return the product to our offices, no later than 14 days from RA issuing:

IMPORTANT: No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Parcels without a clearly displayed RA will be returned to sender.

  • No refunds for change of mind on Sale / Discounted items (Exchange only)
  • Refunds will be mailed to you in the form of a cheque from our Customer Service department.
